What sort of tasks do VAs do?
Inbox and diary management, general administration, proof reading, drafting documents, research, social media support, digital marketing, personal and ad hoc tasks and much more, just ask! (We do not offer inbound call answering).
What are the financial benefits of having a VA?
A small investment into a VA can increase your bottom line. You will no longer be wasting precious time on repetitive to-dos and can concentrate on revenue-generating work.
Is there a long-term commitment?
Although most of our clients work with us year in year out, our packages are very flexible, you can cancel or change with just 1 month's notice.
Will I have the same VA all the time?
Yes. We match you to one dedicated assistant who has the skills to do your everyday tasks. You will also have access to our wider team for projects or niche skills.
Is there a minimum commitment of hours?
To get the most out of our service our minimum package is 10 hours per month. Packages then go up in increments of 5.
How much does it cost?
Our hourly rate for business support is £37. Prices are + VAT for UK based clients. We offer easy automated monthly payments. Tech service rates start from £45 per hour.
Can I claim VA expenses for tax purposes?
Yes, if the VA is supporting your business/professional operations, their costs can be classified as a business expense for tax deductions.
How do I work with a VA?
Our team are experienced in making your workload and life easier. We provide a PDF guide on how to get the most out of your VA detailing methods and technology. You will be supported by us throughout your journey.
